Hi-tech productions of polymers and composites, test-output center, pilot plants park, business incubator, conference halls, exhibition centre and other organizational units, assigned for accelerated development of hi-tech production processes in chemistry and petrochemistry will be located in hi-tech park.

• Number of workers — 3 500 people

"Creating a Technopark in the sphere of high-end technologies" project is worked out in 2006 as part of the federal program "Development of technoparks in the sphere of high-end technologies in the Russian Federation".
